Family-run since 2017
A family osteria, built on Nonna's recipes
Opened in 2017 in Calgary’s Inglewood, cooking the owner’s grandmother’s recipes from Bologna.
The owner's story
Why she cooks her grandmother's Bologna food here
Every recipe comes from the owner’s grandmother in Bologna, whose photograph hangs by the pass. The pasta board sits in the window, and the room is built for long family tables.
We roll our pasta by hand each morning, the way Nonna taught us.

What guests say
“The tagliatelle al ragù is the reason we moved our anniversary dinner here permanently. Six hours in that sauce and you can taste every one.”

Inglewood regulars
“Sunday pranzo with three generations at one table, and nobody looked at a phone for two hours. That’s the room they’ve built.”

“Did the pasta class for my mum’s birthday. We came home with flour on our sleeves and a tortellini recipe we’ve made four times since.”
